Angela
Wilson
Angela holds
a BSc (Hons) in Food Science, after working in technical functions
within the food manufacturing industry, she starting training
and consulting in small and medium sized food companies in 1994.
Angela works on a freelance basis.
Role In LP
Associates: Angela delivers food hygiene and safety training from
foundation level through to Advanced. Angela offers advice to
companies regarding ISO 9001:2000.
Adele Adams
Adele holds
a BSc (Hons) in European Studies in Agricultural and Food Sciences,
after working in the food industry, she moved into training and
consultancy in 1996. Adele set up her own company in 2003 and
is well known for her knowledge regarding practical application
of the HACCP principles both in manufacturing and in catering.
Adele has designed training packs in HACCP to assist other trainers

Associates: Adele delivers HACCP and food hygiene and
safety training from foundation level through to Advanced. Adele
can also advise companies on how to set up Quality Management
systems.
