Auditing

Internal Auditing:
LP Associates have developed an internal auditing course for the food industry, looking at internal auditing of quality management systems based on BRC, ISO and customer standards. This course covers the theory behind auditing, offering practical application of the theory.  This two-day course allows the candidates to audit procedures on the second day of the course.  This is a non acreditated course; however, a LP Associates certificate is produced for all successful candidates.

Level 3 award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills:
This can be offered as a stand alone one day course for candidates who will be carrying out site inspections and audits or incorporated into the two-day internal auditing course, offering acreditated training through HABC.
