Food Hygiene and Food Safety for Maintenance Personnel and Engineers
Engineering and maintenance staff has a vital role to play in the safety of our product and therefore LP Associates have developed a half-day special bespoke course for them.
This course will introduce the need for food hygiene considerations for all engineering functions within the food industry and look at their role.
Course outline:
Incidents of poor maintenenance practice and the consequences
Main food safety hazards
Prevention of cross contamination
Need for adequate maintenance of equipment
Role of maintenance and engineering staff in food hygiene and safety
A short LP Associates test will be taken at the end of the session and all successful candidates will receive a LP Associates certificate. |
