Level 3 award in HACCP for Manufacturing: This qualification is designed for those involved in the design and implementation of HACCP systems, particularly HACCP team members, internal auditors and managers within the business.  The course is delivered over two-days and concentrates on putting the theory into practise.

Level 4 award in HACCP for Manufacturing: This is an advanced level qualification, designed for HACCP team leaders, HACCP auditors and those who wish to upgrade their skills in HACCP. This four-day course looks at the management role of HACCP, project planning, role of pre requisites, validation and verification in more detail than level 3 course.
